International Day of Persons with Disabilities On December 4 (Sunday), together we celebrated the birthday of “Secrets of my Heart” – an association of parents of children with special needs! Red Cross volunteers this year also took care of the smiles of the children present, and brightened their day with their positivity! They distributed New Year’s gifts to the children! This night became an unforgettable experience for the young volunteers, who will forever carry with them the image of true happiness, which was seen on the children’s faces, engraved in their hearts!
