    Career development advisor, certified through the GCDF program (Global Career Development Facilitator) and Euroguidance ambassador in the European network of career advisors. For 10 years, he has been actively and dedicatedly working in the field of career counseling, professional orientation and building employment skills for students, young unemployed and vulnerable categories of citizens.
    A key goal in her dedicated work is to increase the capacities of young people and women and help them develop skills for employment and self-employment.
    Ana Topencharova Kovaceska
    Career development advisor, certified through the GCDF program (Global Career Development Facilitator) and English teacher at the Ohrid High School. He applies his work in the field of career counseling to secondary school students and young people and is actively involved in building their soft skills, among other things, through the Erasmus+ network. He cooperates with the Red Cross of the city of Ohrid in their programs for building leadership among young people.
